Video - La Compagnie democratises Business Class

- By

A year ago, La Compagnie launched a daily flight between Paris and New York. Since then, 20,000 passengers have flown with them in their exclusively Business Class Boeing 757, which has an occupancy rate of 80%.

The 74-seater cabin is equipped with massage seats that incline to a horizontal position. In short, a Business Class whose main asset is its price. At 1,500 euros, on average, round trip per person, La Compagnie is 50% to 75% cheaper than their competitors. No wonder then, that they have just decided, thanks to a second B757, to operate ten additional weekly flights between the British capital and the 'Big Apple'.

Frantz Yvelin, Founder and Managing Director of La Compagnie: watch the interview in the video.

Frantz Yvelin is confident. Without giving the exact amount, the CEO states that, since its launch, La Compagnie has achieved a turnover of tens of millions of euros. The opening of new routes in the coming months is being studied, but not only between the United States and Europe.
