Europe is opening up to Sukhoi

DESCRIPTION: The Sukhoi Superjet 100 has just received its official certificate of airworthiness of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). The twin-engined Russian jet can now be exported, but the manufacturer will have to find a place among the Brazilian, Canadian, American and European competition. Sukhoi estimates that it could sell 800 planes over the next 20 years.
