What is the weight of a fighter jet ejection seat?

Appeared in the 40's, fighter aircraft ejection seats have evolved considerably, as has their weight. Today, composed mainly of aluminum, the high-technology seats, including the pyrotechnic components, barely weigh 220 lbs ( one hundred kilos ), although this can vary, depending on the aircraft manufacturer’s specifications.

By comparison, a business class seat weight on a long-haul aircraft is nearly the same. A first class seat much more.Economy class seats are the lightest (15-35 kg).
