DESCRIPTION : French MPs have approved a draft law governing labour disputes in the air transport industry... Employees wishing to strike must now give 48 hours notice. Employers must give at least 24 hours warning of disruptions before the event. Objectives: regarding passengers, to inform them before the event with, hopefully, improved passenger satisfaction, and stricter strike notices on the unions side.
