Without it, both NASA and Airbus would have had difficulties in achieving what they have. For 30 years, the Super Guppy allowed them to air-transport numerous aircraft and rocket parts. The offshoot of a Boeing KC-97, only 5 examples were ever produced. Now museum pieces since the end of the 90's, it has been replaced by the Beluga and Dreamlifter.
