DESCRIPTION : Under penalty of financial fines, the law of February 2005 requires companies to have at least 6% of workers with disabilities, on their payrolls. To help this part of the working population re-enter the job market, the association Hanvol was created two years ago, under the initiative of the group of French Aerospace industries (GIFAS) and six sector companies. This year, 120 apprenticeships and professional contracts are proposed. All that remains to be done is to find the right profiles!
