DESCRIPTION: According to a central works council, Air France is looking at new savings measures. Its short and medium-haul fleet will be reduced by nearly 25%, its regional subsidiaries will be consolidated into a single business segment, and Transavia France, its low-cost subsidiary will be strengthened. Additionally, the problem of company over-staffing, should be determined next June. Here’s the latest update...
